Take Part

It is no surprise that relatively straightforward components, such as support from family and friends, exposure to LGBTQ media representation, and respect for one's gender identity and pronouns, can have such a positive effect on the mental health of an LGBTQ+ individual. For this reason, less LGBTQ youth attempted suicide than those who did not have access to spaces that supported their sexual orientation and gender identity.
